The community surrounding Maple Wood Condominiums enjoys an eclectic mix of people, new and established businesses as well as indoor and outdoor events for everyone! The Northside TownCenter  and Warner Park anchor one end of the neighborhood, Tenney Park anchors the other.  Between them is everything from locally sourced groceries, popular restaurants, convenient shops, home grown baseball, lakeside fun, and much more. We have many shops, activities, and events within walking distance.
